For a Public Performance Licence, please email to florencethemusical.musician.org the following information:

1) Specify you are applying for a Public Performance Licence for 'Florence'

2) Your title, first, second names and position

3) Your correspondence email address

4) Your contact telephone number

5) Your organisation's name and full address

6) Name and full address of your performance venue

 

We will then:

7) Email you a simple application form to complete and return to us

8) On receipt of your application form, email you the Agreement

9) Ask you to electronically sign the Agreement and email it back to us

 

We send to you:

10) A copy of the fully signed Agreement

11) The hired hard copy of the Script and Vocal Score

12) Your first invoice to pay within 14 days.
